A lovely hike, basically moderate in level, although 32 km return makes for a long day. Many will camp and do this in 2-3 days. Campsite 1 is at 8 km, Campsite 2 at 12 km, Landslide Lake at 14 km and Foster Lake at 16 km. (distance data based on iPhone and Strava app). The campsites are lovely with pit toilets and bear proof food cache containers. Foster Lake is also known as Burg Lake.
The temperature when I started the hike at 0800 hrs was 8'C and was 21'C when I arrived back at the trailhead at 1900 hrs.
