In 2004, Marlice and Rudie bought the farm Ovuuyo, 42 km outside of Windhoek, Namibia, to establish their own animal reserve and it 2007 they gave it the name N/a’an ku sê which means "God will protect us". N/a’an ku sê Charity Lodge & Wildlife Sanctuary opened in 2007. In 2011 it was renamed to the N/a’an ku sê Foundation in 2011. This is our last morning in Africa and it has been a great trip. Neil MacLeod (SafariWise) was an excellent guide. Mike Byrne of Clocktower Images organized an amazing trip and throughout the trip offered fantastic photographic teaching sessions. I certainly did not want to leave!
